You are highly welcome to this new blog, FIRST AID GUIDES. A blog which has come to educate us on the importance of first aid treatment and to teach us how it is to be done.

Though it sound so unpleasant but the fact remains that accidents happen and will always be happening. Even experiencing it as a bystander, an accident is not a pleasant scene.

If an accident happens in the workplace, you cannot be a helpless witness, since simply standing by can potentially worsen the situation. This is why it’s important to have at least a basic knowledge of first aid.

At its most basic, first aid is the initial assistance given to a victim of injury or illness. Comprised of relatively simple techniques that can be performed with rudimentary equipment, first aid is usually carried out by a layperson until professional medical assistance arrives.

This is why this platform is coming on to be a place where practicing first aider and the layperson will be getting first aid guide related topic.

As from next post, I will start talking about what is first aid, first aider, scopes of first aid treatment and also going in deeper into useful topics relating to first aid.

Also I will be updating us of any latest infections/disease around us like the latest around us which is meningitis and so on.
